Leigh Coggins
Leigh Coggins is a graduate of Western Carolina University with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism. Her love for the hospitality industry was fostered at a young age when she began working at The Library Club in Sapphire Valley while attending Blue Ridge High School. She began as a server, and because of her enthusiastic attitude, and raw desire, she was promoted through the ranks and finally to General Manager. During that time she was balancing work and studies as she pursued her degree at Western Carolina University. As Vice President of The Club Managers Association of America, she was afforded many opportunities to develop her talents as well as see the industry from the inside. Upon graduation, she was presented with the opportunity to manage at the prestigious Lake Toxaway Country Club and she graciously accepted. With her hospitality background, love for food and wine, and desire to exceed guests expectations, its no wonder that she ended up at The Gamekeeper's Tavern.
Allan Mustarde
Allan Mustarde is the Sushi Chef at The Gamekeeper's Tavern. Great Sushi is about attention to detail. Whether you're a fan of Nigiri, Sashimi or Maki you'll want to come experience sushi made by an artist. "I am a classically trained Sushi Chef, and through my passion for sushi I understand you're looking for the best flavor and texture of the freshest ingredients." Sushi Chef Mustarde was trained at the Illinois Institute of Art and came to The Gamekeeper's by way of Kamehachi and Heat in Chicago. Chef Mustarde loves making innovative sushi like his sweet and spicy pepper roll. A sweet bell pepper roll topped with whipped avocado, habenero skin, cilantro, green onions, with a slice of sweet anaheim pepper and a dash of siracha.
