Jonathan W. Reid  earned an AOS in Culinary Arts  from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.  Upon graduation, Jonathan continued to grow his culinary expertise by working up and down the east coast as a Private chef and  Sous Chef at the Burlingame Country Club.   In addition to cooking, Jonathan  helped to inspire new chefs by teaching continuing education courses at his alma-mater.     Jonathan spent time working at the Biltmore Estate before calling The Gamekeeper's Tavern home.  Diners at the Gamekeeper's Tavern are treated to a host of   organic inspired creations that come out daily from his kitchen.  Jonathon  currently resides in Western North Carolina with his wife and daughter.

                                                                      Leigh Coggins

Leigh Coggins is a graduate of Western Carolina University with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism.  Her love for the hospitality industry was fostered at a young age when she began working at The Library Club in Sapphire Valley while attending Blue Ridge High School.  She began as a server, and because of her enthusiastic attitude, and raw desire, she was promoted through the ranks and finally to General Manager.  During that time she was balancing work and studies as she pursued her degree at Western Carolina University.  As Vice President of The Club Managers Association of America, she was afforded many opportunities to develop her talents as well as see the industry from the inside.  Upon graduation, she was presented with the opportunity to manage at the prestigious Lake Toxaway Country Club and she graciously accepted.  With her hospitality background, love for food and wine, and desire to exceed guests expectations, its no wonder that she ended up at The Gamekeeper's Tavern.
